As I transitioned from my 30s to 40s, I struggled with a slew of women's health problems and major burnout. Conventional medicine only caused me more frustration due to its lack of research on female bodies…so I turned to what I know and love best: the holistic approach.

I’ve since been able to heal (and still thrive today!) using three ancient modalities as medicine: food, yoga, and mindfulness. Now, I educate and empower busy women to feel healthy, radiant, and joyful using these natural remedies.
