Will this program take up a lot of my time?
The Cleanse is definitely an investment in your growth and transformation. But consider how much time you already spend eating, grocery shopping, and cooking meals - or confusion making the “right” decisions. One of the program's intentions is to ultimately SAVE you time and energy. I'll teach you weekly scheduling hacks from shopping to prep to quick and healthy recipes. By the end, you'll have just the essentials necessary to live optimally.
Will I have to give up my favorite foods? And what about coffee?
In the short term...yes. For a minimum of seven days, you'll be eliminating trigger foods from your diet. And m'dear, you can do ANYTHING for seven days!
If you want real results that LAST, then you'll have to rid your system of toxic overload to see progress. During the 7-day detox in module #4, that's exactly what you'll do. Plus, I'll guide you through the mindset shifts necessary to let go of certain habits or attachments.
I've tried different fad diets and juicing. How is this different?
The bottom line is that your biochemistry is different from anyone else's. So there's no fad or quick fix that will work long term. You also weren't benefitting from personalized guidance from a trained pro. Which is where I come in! You'll get my knowledge and expertise both recorded and live so we can track your progress and challenges together.
Will this cleanse help me lose weight?
Anytime you make positive changes to your lifestyle habits, there is a possibility of shedding excess pounds. While this isn't considered a "weight loss" program, all of my clients have admitted to feeling lighter, more energized, and more comfortable in their clothes. You may or may not see the scale shift, but you'll definitely notice a drastic shift in how your body feels.
What are the yoga practices like?
We'll move, meditate, breathe, and most importantly, set rituals together. All the practices will be accessible no matter your level, and rituals that we create will be based on foods, sleep habits, physical activity, hydration, and breathing.
Do I get 1:1 time with Robin?
There are no 1:1 calls with Robin included in The Cleanse package. However, the following is included:
- An opportunity for hot seat coaching on the group calls
- Personal feedback to all questions in the Facebook group
- One individualized food log audit halfway through the course.
Private 1:1 time with Robin can be available outside of The Cleanse.
